Master Showperson

What is it?

Master Showperson is the result of exhibitors’ hard work and passion paying off. The top placing exhibitors in Dairy, Beef, Swine, Sheep, Dairy Goat, Meat Goat, and Equine showperson competitions step into the ring to compete with every animal species. Some competitors may come with experience across multiple animals, while others may be stepping outside their comfort zone—but all rise to the challenge, showcasing their dedication and skills.

Every exhibitor received a custom director’s chair from the Fair Park to serve as their species award. The top three winners also took home cash prizes, made possible thanks to the generous support of Insight FS and 201 Waterfront Dental. The first place winner also received a 2026 Master Showperson belt buckle, which was donated with the message "In loving memory of Jerry Pellmann".
