All rules and regulations and general information for the Jefferson County Fair as attached and provided within this application are a part of hereof and no amendment shall be binding upon parties unless in writing signed by an authorized representative of the parties. By signing the Jefferson County Fair Park Application for Vendor Space, with incorporated Vendor Rules & Regulations, you are hereby acknowledging that you have read and agree to all of the below stated rules and regulations. Violation of or non-compliance with any of these rules may result in revocation of application, immediate removal, fines and/or a combination there of. I have read the Rules & Information Packet and agree with all terms and conditions set forth within this application. Approved applications, signed by both parties, serve as a contract.
