Entry Information

Entries for the 2025 Fair Closed on May 23rd!

If you missed this deadline, contact the Fair Park office. We are still accepting late entries at an additional $100 late fee until June 6th at 4pm. This does not apply to Fair camping!!

To register with a late registration, print out the following form, and write down your entries. To figure out which department, division, and class, please look at the Premium Book here! Bring it to the office during our open hours weekdays from 8am-4pm.


Accessing your Exhibits

To view the exhibits that you're enrolled in for the 2025 Fair, go to
JCoFair.FairEntry.com

Then, click on "View in Detail" on the right hand side of the screen. There, you'll be able to see a list of all exhibits and exhibitors!

Substitutions

If you currently have entries in the FairEntry system and need to make a substitution for any reason, please complete the following form by July 1st, 2025.

Once completed, you may email it to fair@jeffersoncountywi.gov OR mail it to 503 N. Jackson Avenue, Jefferson WI 53549. Substitutions will be made at no cost to you.

Entry Cancellation

If you have entries in the FairEntry system and need to cancel one or more of your entries, you must complete this form by July 1st to be eligible for a refund. The exhibitor must have a W-9 on file with the Jefferson County Fair Park to be eligible for the refund.


Once the form is completed, you may email it to fair@jeffersoncountywi.gov OR mail it to 503 N. Jackson Ave, Jefferson WI 53549.


Any cancelations submitted after July 1st will not be eligible for a refund.


YQCA Certificates

All junior exhibitors participating in the Animal Auction must have their YQCA certificate uploaded into FairEntry by May 23rd.
