Enter Into the 2025 Fair:

FairEntry is the software that is used for the 2025 Jefferson County Fair. Follow this video to learn how to enter your exhibit, after creating an account! Please note that you will not be able to register in department 000: Fair Camping until May 1st!

FairEntry Directions on YQCA, Wristbands, & Camping.

YQCA Certificates

All junior exhibitors participating in the Animal Auction must have their YQCA certificate uploaded into FairEntry by May 23rd.

Fair Camping

Camping will open on May 1st for all animal exhibitors. Look for Department 000: Exhibitor Camping!

Exhibitor Wristbands & T-Shirts

Wristbands allow any exhibitor entry into the Fair without the use of tickets and can be purchased directly from FairEntry. Each exhibitor will be able to purchase maximum one wristband.

Junior and Sprouts exhibitors only will receive a complementary t-shirt to show their spirit during the Fair week! See the directions below on how to get it through FairEntry.
