Entry Information

Enter Into the 2026 Fair:

There are two different ways to register your projects (exhibits) for the fair:

1. Online registration in FairEntry (most common). FairEntry is the software that is used for the 2026 Jefferson County Fair. Follow the videos below to learn how to enter your exhibit(s), register for camping, and acquire add-ons such as exhibitor wristbands, trailers, and t-shirts!

2. Register with pen and paper! You can find a printable entry form below. Print it off, complete it, and drop it off at the Fair office in the Activity Center. We are open weekdays from 8am-4:30pm, and will be able to process your payment and get you entered when you come in.

How to Register & Get Started in FairEntry

What's covered:

Registering a new or existing user
Adding exhibitor t-shirts, wristbands, and trailers

Creating a static (non-animal) entry

What's covered:

Locating Senior, Junior, or Open entry options
How many classes you can choose in the open department (unlimited)
Early pickup of entry cards (June 22nd-June 26)

Adding an Animal Entry

What's covered:

How to select a club
How to add an animal to an entry
Adding market animal add-ons such as Ultrasound or Rate of Gain

Substitutions

If you currently have entries in the FairEntry system and need to make a substitution for any reason, please complete the following form by June 15th, 2026.

Once completed, you may email it to fair@jeffersoncountywi.gov OR mail it to 503 N. Jackson Avenue, Jefferson WI 53549. Substitutions will be made at no cost to you.

Entry Cancellation

If you have entries in the FairEntry system and need to cancel one or more of your entries, you must complete this form by June 8th to be eligible for a refund.

Once the form is completed, you may email it to fair@jeffersoncountywi.gov OR mail it to 503 N. Jackson Ave, Jefferson WI 53549.
