Are your Bidders Registered?

If you have found a buyer for the 2026 Fair, first check the "2025 Buyers" list to make sure they aren't already registered.

If you are new to the Jefferson County Fair, welcome! If you're an exhibitor with new buyer information, or you're a new prospective bidder, click on the "Register a New Buyer" button.

All buyers that are submitted by May 31st will receive two complimentary Fair tickets for Saturday July 11th. If tickets are not received by July 1st, buyers should contact the Fair office at 920-674-7148.

2025 Buyer List All buyers on this list will receive 2 admission and lunch tickets for Saturday July 11th, 2026.

We want to celebrate and thank all of the exhibitors who are wrapping up their Junior exhibiting experience (those aging out of the department) in 2026. If this is you, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the "Last Year Exhibitor" form by pressing the button to the right so we can honor your efforts at the 2026 Jefferson County Auction & Youth Celebration. 2026 Animal Auction Rules & Information

Pre-Fair Requirements

December 13th: 9-10am

December 15th: by 5:00pm

July 7th at 5pm or 7pm

During Fair Requirements

Auction Declaration Card: July 9th by 5pm

Future Show Rights: July 9th by 5pm

Auction Catalog: Friday July 10th 11am

Auction Withdraw Form: Saturday July 11th by 9am

Set-up or Take Down

Post-Auction

Within one hour after the completion of the Auction

Requesting Future Show Rights

Exhibitors may fill out the following form to request Future Show Rights to show the animal at a different show post-Fair. Exhibitors requesting future show rights must complete the Future Show Rights form found below OR in the auction office during Fair.

No animal will sell with Future Show Rights guaranteed. Exhibitors may express interest in requesting future show rights, but it will always be the auction buyer’s decision to grant the Future Show Rights. Future show rights that are requested via the participation card will be printed in the catalog.
