The Animal Auction & Youth Celebration is a great opportunity for community members and businesses to support the hard work and efforts of Jefferson County Youth!

We're looking forward to seeing you all at the 2026 Auction, held on July 11th. Here's the schedule for the day:
9:00 am – Registration is open
9:30 am - Hall of Fame 2026 Recognition
10:00 am – Poultry & Rabbits
11:00 am – Hospitality tent is open
Noon – Dairy Youth Showcase Pledge Drive
1:00 pm – Large Animal Sale: Beef, Swine, Sheep, Goat Species rotations will continue until all animals are sold.
Order will be as follows:
Grand Champion Market Animal
Reserve Grand Champion Market Animal
Other Market Animal Champions (i.e. weight or Breed)
Showperson Champion Exhibitors (If market)
Bred & Owned Champions (G & RG – if market)
Rate of Gain Champions (G & RG)
Ultrasound Champions (G & RG)
Last Year of Eligibility Market Animal Youth
Remaining animals by ribbon ** (Exhibitor will sell top ribbon lot first followed by their next lot back-to-back)
2:30 pm –Food in hospitality tent will close – snacks and beverages will be available until the last lot is sold

Are your Bidders Registered?

If you have found a buyer for the 2026 Fair, first check the "2025 Buyers" list to make sure they aren't already registered.

If you are new to the Jefferson County Fair, welcome! If you're an exhibitor with new buyer information, or you're a new prospective bidder, click on the "Register a New Buyer" button.

All buyers that are submitted by May 31st will receive two complimentary Fair tickets for Saturday July 11th. If tickets are not received by July 1st, buyers should contact the Fair office at 920-674-7148.

Exhibitors in their Last Year

Deadline: June 15th

We want to celebrate and thank all of the exhibitors who are wrapping up their Junior exhibiting experience (those aging out of the department) in 2026. If this is you, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the "Last Year Exhibitor" form by pressing the button to the right. During your lot at the auction, we will read your bio to honor you and all your accomplishments!

Requesting Future Show Rights

Exhibitors may fill out the following form to request Future Show Rights to show the animal at a different show post-Fair. Exhibitors requesting future show rights must complete the Future Show Rights form found below OR in the auction office during Fair.

No animal will sell with Future Show Rights guaranteed. Exhibitors may express interest in requesting future show rights, but it will always be the auction buyer’s decision to grant the Future Show Rights. Future show rights that are requested via the participation card will be printed in the catalog.

Form must be completed here OR turned into the Fair Park Office by 5pm on Thursday, July 9th
