Auction Participant Requirements

To participate in the auction, all youth must complete the sections below:

Exhibitor Information

A different form must be completed for each exhibitor.

YQCA Upload

Upload current YQCA, & include the expiration date.
If you are unable to take the course for certification until after June 1st (because the 2025 one is still valid), upload the old one, and include the expiration date.

W-9

You only need to upload a W-9 if:
  1. You're new to the auction in 2026
  2. You've had an address or name change
If you are not in one of those two situations, skip this section!

Auction Acknowledgements
