Auction Participant Requirements

To participate in the auction, all youth must complete the sections below:

Exhibitor Information

A different form must be completed for each exhibitor.

YQCA

Upload current YQCA, & include the expiration date. If you are unable to take the course for certification until after June 1st (because the 2025 one is still valid), upload the old one. We will contact you before Fair to make sure we get a newly updated YQCA.

W-9

Every auction exhibitor must have a W-9 on file with Jefferson County to receive their auction check. If you are new to the auction in 2026, you can fill one out here: Form W-9 (Rev. March 2024)

Complete a W-9 if the exhibitor:
  1. Is new to the auction in 2026
  2. Has had an address or name change since the last W-9

Auction Acknowledgements

The exhibitor must read each of the following acknowledgements and check the box to indicate that they understand the rules.
