Looking for a fun and rewarding way to be part of the Jefferson County Fair? Join our team! We’re looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to help make Fair week unforgettable—from gates and event support to behind-the-scenes operations that keep everything running smoothly.
All positions start at $15/hour, with a variety of roles available (see below). Must be 16 or older to apply, and smiling faces and positive attitudes are encouraged! Applications are due by May 8, 2026.

Job Openings
Clerical (office and finance)- data entry, filing, answering phones, supporting general office
functions. Accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail required.
Grounds Worker- repair, maintain, and clean fairgrounds before, during and after events. Set
up tents, tables, picking up trash, maintaining restrooms, and assisting general ground upkeep.
Ticketing/Gates – assists with entry operations at the fair. Selling and scanning tickets,
providing information to guests, managing lines, checking hand stamps or passes to ensure
smooth and secure entry and exit at gates. Strong customer service skills are important.
