To support the safety and well-being of all participants, Jefferson County requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from any organization taking part in activities at the Jefferson County Fair. Because the Fair is a county-operated event, this COI helps ensure that both your group and the County are properly protected in the event of an unforeseen incident. This is a standard risk-management practice across all County facilities and events, and it allows us to continue offering high-quality, youth-focused opportunities while maintaining responsible stewardship of public resources.
